Speedy quick run down of June and July 2010

June-fun camping and playing with friends!

July~A super-fun adventure filled visit with Chad's Uncle Steve, Aunt Jane, Collin and Russel.  Here we just finished a kayak and bike ride.  Remember our cranky bike guy???

Ariel playing soccer with CYSA...she loved playing!

Jer, Col, Grayson and Sianna came up for a visit and boy did we have fun.  They didn't let a two year stop them from doing some serious hiking, fishing, and exploring the Kenai Peninsula!

My little mini angler!

We love Mile High Pizza Pie so much that we had to get T-shirts!  Highly recommended!

Now this was a funny story, but not one maybe for parent of the year award, but nonetheless funny and all kids were safe! :o)  I'll let you fill in the blanks.  Note the Juice box on the BAR. :o)

Very stinky car...must stop to change diaper!

The most beautiful day ever experienced in AK.  We spent hours on this hillside admiring Denali in the background.  We were hot!  We even got sunburned...right, in AK!

Mom and Jim came up next...noticing a trend here?  We accept guests all year long, people!  Mom brought along cousin Cade.  My favorite quote, "Man I've never seen mountains this big before."  Me neither Cade, me neither!

Of course we had to take them fishing.

Of course we had to visit the ER-Ariel scraped her ear on a pesky tree while climbing under it.

Mom, the way cool Granny, took this crew on a rafting trip down the beautiful Kenai.  Only problem, it was cold and rainy.  The crew still came out with smiles and stories of bald eagles and beauty galore.  Too bad our timing was off for the fishing, too.  Experiencing Alaska with family is just the best!
